Aaron Kitchell

Aaron (“Kitch”) Kitchell joined the TPH team after 16 years running accounting and finance departments in businesses ranging from small private companies to large fortune 500 companies.  After beginning his career a Big 4 accounting firm, he was the Division Group Controller for a Fortune 300 company where he oversaw seven manufacturing facilities across the United States and one in France.  Most recently, he was the Vice President of Finance for the 5th largest Kombucha manufacturer globally. In addition to his professional experience, Aaron earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance with a minor in Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Oregon.

Bill Simms

Simms came to the TPH Team after spending 26 years in public education at Thurston High School.
There he taught in the classroom from 1993 to 2009 before being promoted to Principal at Thurston. His extensive experience in implementing online learning models within traditional brick and mortar settings, experience vital to the growth of the academic model within the TPH Center of Excellence. On top of his professional experience, academically Simms earned a Bachelors of Administration and Master’s Degree in Public Administration from University of Michigan-Dearborn.

Taso Sofikitis

Taso Sofikitis is an Investing Partner at TPH and the CEO and President of Maynards Group of Companies. Taso is originally from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and attended the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Taso was a defenseman for the UAH hockey team that won the Division II Hockey National Championship in 1996. During that season, Taso racked up 41 points (11G-30A) in 29 games.

Audrey Forman

Attending the University of Alabama-Huntsville on a softball scholarship, Forman now lives in Danville, AL with her husband and two daughters.

Tom Badenski

Tom Badenski, a Michigan native, is the Manager of Operations at the TPH Center of Excellence in Detroit. Badenski has several years of coaching experience including time with St. Ignace Saints and Bullson Bulldogs.
