TPH Events works with a dedicated travel team to arrange hotel accommodations for tournaments and events around the country. Welcome Travel Service supports out-of-town teams by helping reserve room blocks and find accommodations for your team based on your preferences!
- Our Hotels Team is committed to providing outstanding communication and customer service so
families can enjoy a comfortable travel experience. - Welcome Travel Service takes the guesswork out of booking a hotel. They review hotels for
location, safety, and service, and can help you choose the best part of town to stay in and
understand how far each hotel is from the rink. - Welcome Travel Service is reachable through your team manager all weekend if something goes
wrong. From a room mix-up, to a maintenance problem, to a late-night issue at the front desk;
our team is here to help resolve it quickly. - Welcome Travel Service works to secure valuable cost-saving benefits for teams whenever
possible. Through our hotel partnerships and negotiations, we attempt to obtain the following
amenities and concessions:- Comp room ratio of 1 free night for every 15 rooms booked
- Complimentary breakfast
- Available conference rooms or space for team video or meetings
- Discounted parking fees or waived parking
- A fee is applied to each reservation to cover the costs of our online booking system, reservation
management, event coordination, guest support, and the planning services that help create a
seamless and memorable experience. - While we encourage teams to take advantage of the benefits and support provided through
Welcome Travel Service, teams may choose to arrange their own accommodations. Team
Managers can opt out by contacting our Hotels Team at hotels@welcometravelservice.com. An
opt-out fee applies.
