Former TPH Coach Cameron Burt Joins San Jose Sharks as Amateur Scout
Former TPH Academy Detroit Player Development Coach and Mentor Cameron Burt has joined the San Jose Sharks as an amateur scout.
Burt is one of two new amateur scouts added to the Sharks’ hockey operations staff ahead of the 2026-27 season.
During his time with TPH, Burt worked directly with student-athletes as a player development coach and mentor, helping support their growth and advancement both on and off the ice.
His move to the San Jose Sharks organization marks the next step in his hockey career and another example of TPH coaches and alumni continuing to advance throughout the game.
