8U A & B, 10U, 12U, 14U and 16U Divisions – House Select/All Star Level
Note: silver level (B level) travel teams may be permitted based on their standing within their league (teams in the middle to bottom of the standings)

FOUR GAMES GUARANTEED

Date: January 17-19, 2026 (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday)
Location: Huntsville Ice Sports Center at 3185 Leeman Ferry Rd, Huntsville, AL 35801 (Rinks 1 & 2)

Fees:

  • 8U A & B – $1050 (games will be played 4 v 4 cross-ice)
  • 10U- $1900
  • 12U- $1950
  • 14U & 16U – $2000
  • The tournament schedule will be released one week prior to the start of the tournament

Registration Process

*Note: Application does not guarantee acceptance into this tournament. You will be notified through email as soon as possible if you are accepted. If your team is not accepted, you will receive notification and a full refund. Please do not wait until the deadline to send your application.

Full payment is not required during registration. A minimum deposit of $250 is REQUIRED. Remaining balance may be made online by credit card or check mailed to:

Certified USA Hockey Rosters (REQUIRED) – Deadline January 1st, 2026

GameSheets Scoring will be used – instructions to upload rosters will be sent prior to event. **Note: all players must have assigned jersey numbers entered into GameSheets system.

Freedom Tournament Stay-to-Play Housing

  • A stipulation of being accepted to this tournament is that ALL out-of-town teams MUST book their rooms through our partner Welcome Travel Services. Cooperation is critical to the success of the event. This policy helps to ensure sufficient availability at quality hotels and the best available rates. Rooms will book quickly so please book well in advance.
