25 TPH Trained Players Selected in 2018 USHL Draft
The 2018 USHL Draft was held on May 7-8, and the latest group of Total Package Hockey-trained players saw their names appear on the draft board during the two-day process.
Total Package Hockey is proud to announce that 25 TPH-trained players were selected by USHL franchises during the Phase 1 and Phase 2 drafts.
“The TPH family is tremendously proud of these players for this latest achievement,” said TPH CEO Nathan Bowen. “We are confident that due to their character and their work ethic that they’re up to the challenge, and they will continue to make us proud at the next level – wherever that may be.”
Four of those players come from the TPH Detroit Center of Excellence, which has now produced a total of 31 draft picks over the last three seasons. Every single player who has graduated from the CoE has played at the junior level.
“The TPH staff is incredibly proud of the student-athletes chosen in this week’s USHL Draft,” said Detroit CoE director of hockey Brandon Naurato. “The hard work put in by these guys have given them these opportunities, and we’re honored to be here to help them through it all. They have earned this recognition and these chances to take their careers to the next level.”
