Adult Power Skating/Puck Skills/Scrimmage (Wednesday AM)

Level: Beginner-Advanced

This program will concentrate on developing and enhancing player’s skills. This program is suited for players who wish to learn and improve new skills. All sessions will begin with power skating focusing on stride technique and efficiency. Over the 8 week program players will learn and practice; edge control, balance, forward/backward skating, stops, starts, pivoting, changing of direction, turning, cross overs, these skills and more will be incorporated in puck drills emphasizing shooting, passing and puck control.
